The following award schemes
which SPEL have instituted over the years to recognize the performers
continue to boost the morale and efficiency of the employees :
Adequate steps are in place
to diagnose the errors, one such system is the Employee Deficiency
Report (EDR) that assigns points for shortcomings / failures / deficiencies
in the performance. The identified shortcomings are promptly attended to
and eliminated and proper care is ensured to continue to deliver the
quality products.
As the employee union
recently got voluntarily disbanded, all the requirements of the
employees are being taken care of by the welfare committee consisting of
the Employees themselves.
