The Board of the Company at its meeting held on Apr 5, 2010 had considered the request of Mr. N. Sivashanmugam, Chief Financial Officer and Whole time Director, expressing his desire to reduce his work load on the Company on medical grounds.

Accordingly, the Board had decided to relieve him from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company. However, he will continue to be the Whole time Director of the Company.

Mr. S. Senthilnathan, who is presently the Finance Controller of the Company will be discharging the duties of the Chief Financial Officer and hence will sign necessary documents for and on behalf of the Company.
