CHENNAI: SPEL Semiconductor has reported sales of Rs. 21.83 crore in the three months ended June 30, 2008, against Rs. 14.93 crore in the corresponding period in the previous year. The profit after taxation was Rs. 2.05 crore against Rs. 61 lakh, says a release. — Corporate Reporter
