HELSINKI: The world's top mobile phone maker, Nokia Oyj, won a patent case against chipmaker Qualcomm in the UK High Court, both companies said on Monday.

Qualcomm was seeking an injunction that would have stopped Nokia selling products using the GSM patents in question in Britain.
