HYDERABAD: Solar Semiconductor has signed a multi-year agreement with Q-Cells AG of Germany, a producer of solar cells. The agreement involved the supply of $170 million of 156-mm mono and multi-crystalline cells. These cells would be used for high quality module production in solar semiconductor’s new highly-automated solar PV module manufacturing plant in India.
